Summer Quest Adventure Camps 2005 is now taking registrations for kids aged 4 - 12 years old. Summer Quest 2005 will run in two sessions:
Morning from 9am - noon &
Hotels France Afternoons from 1:00 pm to 4pm

Summer Quest 2005 will follow a "fun and educational" schedule that will include the following activities:

	free play time
	recreation and games
	snack
	arts and crafts
	outdoor adventures
	movies

This schedule may vary from day to day. All scheduled activities will be held at the Lethbridge Soccer Centre.

Payment must accompany registration and can be made by cash, or by phone with Visa or MasterCard.

Registration deadlines are one (1)week prior to the start of each session. No refunds will be given within seven (7) days of the session start date, except for medical reasons.

General Information

	Each group will have a maximum of 20 children, supervised by staff members.
	Please wear comfortable clothing and running shoes. A hat and sun block is needed for planned outdoor activities.
	All personal belongings should be in a bag/knapsack with a child's name on it.
	Please bring a nutritious snack and drink each day.
	Parent/guardian must sign children in/out at drop off/pick up to ensure the child's safety.
	All lost and found items will be kept at the Lethbridge Soccer Centre.

Lunch Care is available between 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. for an additional $3.50 charge (this does not include lunch).
